TERMS OF USE & PRIVACY POLICY OF THE “TIMI+" RESIDENT APPLICATION
(Applicable to the Timi+ mobile application serving residents and customers using value-added services at Residential Areas / Urban Areas / Shopping Centers and Office Buildings)
1. GENERAL INTRODUCTION
The Timi+ Resident Application (“Application") is developed to support management, operations, and the provision of utility services and value-added services to residents and customers in need.
By installing, registering for, and using the Application, users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to the entire content of this Policy.
2. USER ACCOUNT POLICY
2.1. Eligible Users
The Application is provided to:
- Residents, homeowners, and lawful tenants living in the Urban Area (“Urban Area").
- External customers who wish to explore, register, install, and use value-added services (“Services") provided by the Operating Unit.
(Hereinafter collectively referred to as “Users")
Each individual may register only one (01) unique account associated with valid identification information.
2.2. Account Types
- Resident Account: Granted full access to management, operational, and internal service functions.
- Guest Account: Limited to functions related to Services only.
2.3. Registration and Verification
- Users must provide accurate information including Full Name and Phone Number.
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information and for all activities arising from their accounts. In cases where Users are at fault leading to loss of login information or account control, they shall be responsible for all resulting damages.
2.4. Suspension or Account Lock
Accounts may be temporarily suspended or locked if Users violate policies, show signs of fraud, experience login information compromise, or upon request from competent authorities.
3. ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY
3.1. Right to Request Account Deletion
Users have the right to request account deletion when they no longer wish to use the Application.
3.2. Account Deletion Procedure
Users may request account deletion directly within the Application or contact the Management Board/Support Department.
Processing time is up to fourteen (14) working days.
3.3. Data After Account Deletion
After deletion upon User request, the account cannot be restored. Certain data related to legal and financial obligations will be retained in accordance with applicable laws and requirements of competent state authorities.
4. PAYMENT POLICY
4.1. Scope of Payment
The Application allows payment of management fees, internal service fees, value-added service fees, and other charges as notified by the Operating Unit.
4.2. Payment Methods and Currency
- Payment Methods: Users may choose one (01) of the following two (02) methods:
- Bank transfer to the Management Board's account.
- Payment gateway provided by a legally authorized payment intermediary service provider. When selecting this method, Users are responsible for complying with relevant regulations of the intermediary payment service provider.
- Payment Currency: Vietnamese Dong (VND).
4.3. Payment Principles
- All transactions are displayed transparently within the Application. The Application does not store Users' bank card information.
- When using the Services, Users are responsible for any and all actions and errors arising from their use of the Application and/or transactions. In case of any mistake or incident, Users must promptly contact the Urban Area Management Board/Support Department.
5. PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION POLICY
5.1. Types of Personal Data Collected
Personal data collected when Users use the Application includes: identification information, residential information (if any), transaction data, and application usage data.
Users hereby consent to providing such personal data to the Personal Data Processor and the Operating Unit/Management Board for processing in accordance with the purposes stated in Section 5.2 and in compliance with applicable laws.
5.2. Purpose of Use
Users' personal data is collected for the purpose of providing Services, supporting Users, and improving operational quality.
5.3. Collection, Processing, and Security of Personal Data
Personal data is secured, processed, and stored in compliance with the Cybersecurity Law, the Personal Data Protection Law 2025, and relevant legal regulations.
5.4. Data Sharing
Personal data shall not be shared with third parties except as required by law or for payment partner services.
5.5. Users' Rights
Users have the right to:
- Be informed about personal data processing activities;
- Agree or refuse, and request withdrawal of consent for personal data processing;
- Access, review, and correct or request correction of personal data;
- Request provision, deletion, or restriction of personal data processing; object to personal data processing;
- Lodge complaints, denunciations, lawsuits, and claim damages in accordance with the law;
- Request competent authorities or relevant organizations and individuals involved in personal data processing to implement measures to protect their personal data in accordance with the law.
If Users exercise the above rights in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law 2025, the Personal Data Processor and the Operating Unit/Management Board shall coordinate to comply in accordance with legal regulations.
